Permission comes before file preparation
The ability to open a video in a browser does not establish permission to download, convert, redistribute, or publish it. You must check that your request and intended use are permitted by applicable law and relevant platform terms. A personal or educational purpose alone does not establish that permission.
- Submit only material that you are authorized to download and process in the way you request.
- Do not use the tool to infringe another person’s rights, bypass access controls, or retrieve private material without authorization.
- Save your own copy of any completed output you need. The service provides temporary preparation and delivery, rather than continuing file storage.
- Do not interfere with other users, probe their job references, send malicious input, or disrupt the operation of the application.
Shared capacity and request limits
The service applies request and queue limits. A playlist batch may contain no more than 50 selected entries, and unavailable entries may be omitted. Do not evade capacity controls, flood the service with automation, or sell access without permission. We may restrict activity to protect availability.
Results depend on the source and service conditions
A format listed for one video may not exist for another. File sizes may be estimates, preparation can take time, and some requests will fail. A higher output setting does not restore quality missing from the original. Source restrictions, network conditions, and third-party changes can affect results. Features may be adjusted or suspended when necessary to operate the service.
Availability and applicable rights
We provide the service as available and do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular processing time, or a successful result for every request. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from use of the service. These conditions do not exclude rights or responsibilities that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Revisions to these conditions
The revision date records when this text was changed. We may update the conditions when the service or its operating requirements change. Please review the current version before continuing to use the site.
Copyright
A prepared output remains subject to the rights in its source video, audio, images, and other material. Using YTDown.com.in creates no licence to another person’s work. Review YouTube’s Terms of Service and applicable law before requesting a file.
To raise a concern about material you own or are authorized to represent, email [email protected] with the subject “YTDown.com.in copyright report”. Help us identify the issue by providing:
- Your name, reply address, and the capacity in which you represent the rights concerned.
- A description of the protected work, with an original-source link or other identifying reference.
- The exact ytdown.com.in page or job reference involved, the source address, and what use you believe is unauthorized.
- An explanation of your authority to submit the report and the basis for your concern.
We assess reports concerning our service and may request further details. Action we take here cannot remove the original video from YouTube or erase a copy already saved elsewhere. Report concerns about material hosted on YouTube through its reporting channels as appropriate. Submit reports accurately and in good faith.
Questions about these conditions can be sent through our Contact page. Preparing or saving a file does not transfer ownership of the source material or grant a new licence.
